Under normal circumstances, surgeries are held every Saturday Morning from 10.30-11.30 a.m. at Manor Top Library, Ridgeway Road, Manor Top (except during August and Bank Holiday weekends). These surgeries are held in rotation between the Park & Arbourthorne, Richmond, and Manor Castle Ward Councillors. At present these are suspended due to the Covid-19 pandemic.
