Fly-tipping is now an epidemic in many open spaces in Arbourthorne, with people often driving into the area to illegally dump rubbish and commercial waste. We are campaigning to block off unnecessary vehicle access to Algar Place and Drive with two large boulders, making it much more inconvenient for people to illegally fly-tip.

Since the demolition of housing on this land, these roads serve no legitimate purpose. Councillors Ben Miskell, Jack Scott and Sophie Wilson want to see this cost effective solution to the problem introduced. Please sign the petition below.

We the undersigned call on Sheffield City Council to help reduce fly-tipping in Arbourthorne by positioning two large boulders at the entrances of Algar Place and Drive, as a cost effective and quick solution to the problem.
